As we approach Pakistan’s 76th Independence Day, a special occasion where we come together to honor the sacrifices that led to our nation’s freedom, we’re also celebrating a significant achievement in the real estate industry. It’s been a year of Blue Properties.com’s journey that reflects the spirit of progress and inclusion which defines our country’s narrative.
Origin and Vision:
Blue Properties.com was founded in August 2022 with the goal of communizing real estate investments. Our mission was simple yet powerful: Making real estate properties available to our clients within their budget, which has guided us over the last year, moving us forward on a path to success.
Blue Properties.com has 15+ authentic projects and on boarded more than 40,000 verified properties. Our success is built on a portfolio that includes projects from the BGC-IGC consortium. The crown jewel of these initiatives is Blue World City Islamabad, an iconic endeavor aimed at becoming the World’s Largest Tourist City near Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Along with this flagship project, we are pleased to announce “Blue Town with Smart City Feature” on Main Multan Road and “Blue World Trade Center” on Bahria Paradise Commercial, each of which adds a distinct dimension to our portfolio.
Key Ventures:
Blue Properties has recently signed MOUs with LDA-approved projects such as Etihad Town Phase-I on Main Raiwind Road and Etihad Town Phase-II on Main Jia Baga Road, which demonstrates our commitment to expanding our clients’ investment options. Furthermore, another MOU with the LDA-approved Project Soul City Lahore opens up opportunities for cost-effective investments in both residential and commercial plots.

Within a span of just one year, Blue Properties has set up three offices. From our Head Office in Gulberg-III Lahore to our Bahria Town Lahore Office and the Blue Area Islamabad Office, our footprint echoes our dedication to providing the best services. Behind these accomplishments is a team of more than 200 experts specializing in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Brand Management, Business Intelligence, HR Department and Finance.
